Parent company

Strategic Ventures Team, LLC

We build and operate the systems that run schools, sports programs, and growing businesses.

Four connected products and a consulting practice, built and run in-house. Not a portfolio — an operating company.

Gilbert, Arizona

Ventures

Four products, one platform.

Each one solves a problem we watched organizations solve badly with spreadsheets, group texts, and disconnected vendors.

Strivona CampusOS

Club and school management: teams, rosters, schedules, and registrations — across every sport and every level, in one system instead of six.

Pledge4Play

Text-based fundraising for teams and programs. Donors give in three taps, and funds settle directly to the organization — no envelopes, no middleman account.

Weavona

The web design studio. Websites that update themselves — sites woven into the systems that already run the organization, so the roster page is never a year out of date.

Operation Analytics

Profit and program analytics. See which programs actually make money — by season, by team, by line item — instead of guessing from a bank balance.

How they connect

One platform underneath all four.

The products share a single platform and a single record of the organization. A roster updated in CampusOS appears on the Weavona-built website without anyone touching HTML. Pledge4Play campaigns launch from real team data, so the right athletes and the right goals are already loaded. Operation Analytics reads all of it — registrations, donations, program costs — and reports on the same numbers everyone else is working from.

Consulting

We also do the work directly.

Engagements are scoped, priced up front, and run by the same people who build the products.

Strategic Ventures Team takes on consulting engagements with small organizations: operations, customer success, and systems and automation. Same work that produced the products — scoped to one company at a time.

Typical engagements: mapping a process that lives in someone's head, replacing manual handoffs with something that runs on its own, or building the reporting a leadership team is currently assembling by hand each month.

  • 01OperationsProcess mapping, staffing and scheduling structure, vendor and tool consolidation.
  • 02Customer successOnboarding, retention, and support workflows for organizations with small teams.
  • 03Systems & automationConnecting the tools already in use, and removing the manual steps between them.
